HSBC & Free Mc-Fee Download. Spam Reporting?

After downloading Mc-Fee from HSBC site I find that my Spam Reporting Filter no longer works.

There are two red crosses in place of the OK Cancel buttons, In the address bar it shows Symantec when you want to report Spam.
I use Tiscali as my SP.

I went to Mac-Fee options and it said Spam Protection is not installed on your computer I clicked to install only to find the link took me to the following.

McAfee Internet Security* 1-Year Subscription * £49.99 (GBP)
Comprehensive, Easy-to-Use PC and Online Protection with Powerful Web Site Safety Advisor.

So has Mc-Fee shutdown my Spam reporting or has Tiscali with Symantec shut down because I now have MC-Fee.

I have never had this problem before with any AV I have used.

It does stop Spam very well its just that I cant report new unwanted mail that gets through.

It may have nothing to do with Mc-Fee AV I just checked my settings for spam and they were on high so I moved so all spam would go to the Spam folder.

I will change this back.

However its still got the red no entry sign on the spam Icon, but I did find this click here=

so have I missed something in the past and now you must pay for it.
I would like to here from other Tiscali users and opinons from all interested.
