debugging service

Has generated an application that could not be handled

Every time I boot up I get a Window with the above message.

It's something to do with my HP printer. This morning I uninstalled and reloaded the HP software which took an eternity but I'm still getting the message.

Can anyone help me please?

Are you sure it is 'hpquizone.exe' - no match on Google.

It's hpqimzone.exe

just read the first one but I'm not actually sure what to do.

I would disable it using msconfig click here

I've got an HP printer and after installation all sorts of things were loading on startup. They are now all disabled and the printer works just fine.

just out of interest when you press the Scan button on the printer and it brings up the options to scan to different locations, do you know how to change the order of the menu?

I've done it before but it has restored to the default order now that I have reloaded the software.

Sorry, no. My printer is an HP 5490 and it just prints, doesn't scan.
