HP PSC printer not working after Vista SP1 upgrade

  MartynHoll 11:26 27 Mar 2008

I hav just tried my printer since completing the upgrade and it no longer prints. The status tells me that it's on-line but will not print. When I try and print a test page it comes up with error 0x0000007a!

Have you tried the HP site for compliant drivers?

Have you tried to reinstall the driver for your printer?

Go to the manufacturer’s website and get the most updated vista driver version.

According to the HP web site, the driver is included in the Vista operating system!

You need to go to HP site for VISTA drivers then load them

Remove the Printer from Start\Settings\Printer Folder right click it and delete then go to Control Panel Add New Hardware Wizard run that and let windows find the driver. Printer needs to be switched on
