HP Officejet Pro K550 advice anyone?

I need to buy a new inkjet ASAP and am considering investing in this one for home use.

Having read some US based reviews, this printer appears to have problems regarding paper feed etc.

Can anyone verify if this is also a problem being experienced on our side of the Atlantic and has anyone had any other problems which could influence whether or not I buy this printer?

If it's got a bad review i would personally forget that model.

Paper feed problems might also relate to paper thickness, rather than anything being wrong with the printer. 80gsm is standard and the manual should recommend on types of paper anyway.
HP are committed to their products and have a large share of the business printer market. Even in terms of after-sales service, I think you're in the best hands.
The K550 sounds like a good reliable all-rounder.

Just B&W or do you want to go for the full (occasional) photo print?

I will mostly be doing text but will occasionally need to do the odd photo ArrGee.

Here is the link which initally allerted me to there being a problem for anyone intereseted in having a look.

Seemingly, this printer prints stuff very
quickly but perhaps its because its doing it so quickly, it has a problem.

I just wondered if this was an issue confined t the US rather than over here.

Has anyone got personal experience of thi problem folks??
