I bought a Hewlett Packard MFD about a month ago as my daughter was going to University. She now tells me that she has a problem printing and that the paper will not feed through, and the error meassage says it is 'out of paper' when obviously it isn't. She can scan/ print without problems!. I have gone through the set up/ control panel/ printers with her and everything is ok. Connections are good. There are no conflicts, but she just cannot get rid of the error message. Printer is not'paused' and all previous documents have been purged and cancelled. We haven't yet un-installed and re-installed, but she hasn't had a problem until now. Anybody got any ideas? Any help much appreciated, Thanks,
p.s. Part 2. of the circumstances are in

"she hasn't had a problem until now"

System Restore to a time before the problem first occurred

Thanks for the reply. Have tried System Restore but the problem still exists. Looks like i'll have to return it to the store.
