HI guys,
i know its not quite a computer problem...but as you guys are most helpful i thought i would show my loyalty!

we just had a new fax all in ne printer delivered to us for the office. i set it all up and so on and so forth, but when i go to send a fax it calls the ax number like a telephone!

i called our supplier for assistance but the forwarded me to the HP customer support, which diverted me to a small shack in india somewhere, the guyy i spoke to struggled with his english but i worked it out and he seemed to be telling me to go to my supplier for further support!

i did so and got told to go to HP!

please help

If you are using XP, you cannot send a Fax on Broad Band. But if you have a Built in Dial-Up modem you can send one with the Correct software like Free click here

PS you will need to connect the Modem to the telephone side of the BB filter

Because it's dialling a telephone number to deliver the fax.

I'm presuming that your All-In-One is not dialling a phone number via your computer system, otherwise woodchip is correct about needing to use a voice/fax/data dialup modem.
