How do i set so that Outlook will startup automatically each time i boot my PC?
Drag the Outlook icon into the programs/Start up
Probably the easiest way is to put a shortcut to it into the startup folder of the start menu.

Click on the Outlook icon on your desktop, hold the button down, move the mouse pointer to Start it will open / then to All programs/then to STARTUP move the pointer into the Startup folder and release the mouse button.
