which ever your internet service provider is (isp) then you enter this in the boxes

for instance mine is

pop.ntlworld.com

smpt.ntlworld,com

you need to enter your email domain name instead of mine (ntlworld.com) so yours might be

pop.bt.com
smpt.bt.com

basically pop3 is for your incoming mail

and smtp is for your outgoing mail

for example if i am with ntlworld.com

where it says pop3

i would put

pop.ntlworld.com

and for smtp

smtp.ntlworld.com

basicaly you do the same but put your isp after pop and smtp..

i hope i have been clear (probably not)
