How to run Outlook Express at startup?

Can anyone tell me how I can get Outlook Express to run at startup?
I have XP SP3.

Create a shortcut in the "Startup" folder...

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

...which points to:

C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe

Adding items to Start-up can cause Start-up to slow down, why not just put a short-cut on the Desktop, then when Windows has loaded, just double-click on the Short-cut.

I use Quick Launch short cuts for Firefox, IE and OE.

Thanks folks for your help.
I found MAT ALAN's link the most helpful. Have a look. It works.
The only change I made for myself was to "open in normal window" not a "minimised window".
Thanks again

thanks for the feedback, glad it worked...

Nice to have something easy - for someone not too techie with things!

I would suspect that using the Quick Launch icon is about two or three seconds slower at most...:-)

Setting up OE to run at startup adds more time to the boot up than it takes to open OE with the QL icon.

I use WinPatrol free from BHP to set all programs start ups, it can load them when you want them or delay or stop loading until wanted.
