How to restrict the administrator from accesing my

I'm a COO and i have a network in the office for 350 users but the problem that i have too much data that is top confidential and i don't want any body to see it, 2 weeks ago i discovered leek of data in the office and i know that no body have those data except me, the point is that i don't trust the network administrator too much and i want either to know if he is the one who is accessing my computer or to stop him from accessing my computer.
Can you help me please?

without a good deal more information. If you have highly confidential data files stored on a network machine you're asking for trouble, and I suggest that you take the computer off the network as soon as possible.
