How to remove outlook express manually

  MIKE. 21:11 13 Sep 2006

Hi guys I have a friend who has a problem with outlook express when he tries to load it comes up with an error message Outlook (Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded" when you start Outlook Express). The microsoft site tells you to manually remove outlook express and then reload. I would like to know is there a simple way of doing a manual removal in XP home. Many thanks
