Hi, I want to put my student radio shows from MD onto mp3 or wav.I believe I have the right cable for doing so, but the free edition of Musicmatch jukebox won't allow me to record from an external source. Can anyone recommend any freeware for doing this?thanks.
you can use windows sound recorder to record input from sound card. it is quite primitive though.darren
I tried that one, but the sound quality is awful and it only lets you record up to a minute of sound.Any other ideas out there?
buy a net MD
what's a net MD? Perhaps you could point me in the right direction.Otherwise, there must some freeware where I can do what I want to do, surely?
it is an MD which can connect to pcs so you can transfer mp3s to it, altough they cost quite a bit like 100-200 pounds.
You got a sound card on your puter. One with line input?
I believe so. 3 sockets: mic, input, and speaker output.
do you have a creative sound card they ussually come with sound editor.easy cd creator platinum has one and ithink nero 5.5 has one.do a google search it might throw something up.
Did the sound card come any software which is additional to drivers? And do you have a cable to connect your MD to the line input socket?
I really have no idea about the sound card, but I do have a cable to connect the line input to the MD.
