I sent my Tytyn mobile phone/pocket pc off for repair under warranty because part of the front panel was loose. When it came back from repair part of the packaging was missing, the touchscreen did not work and the case was distorted - as though something was forced back in. I sent it back for repair and it has come back allegedly with a new screen (which still does not work) and the case still distorted. I have been offered another repair. I am minded to complain to head office, stating that I gave them the opportunity to repair and I either want a new handset or release from my contract. Any views?
