How to make CAPS in Word/Excel

Hi all... Does anyone know how to automatically make a word once highlighted into caps with a keyboard shortcut WITHOUT hitting the caps icon on the toolbar? If I highlight the word I want to make into CAPS how do I use a keyboard shortcut to automatically do this? Thanks... EoS.

In Word press Shift+F3 to toggle from lower to Proper to UPPER.

There is no keyboard equivalent in Excel - you have to create an extra column (for example) and use a conversion:

=LOWER(A1)

=PROPER(A1)

=UPPPER(A1)
