How do you update drivers

Hello,
on another thread someone mentioned that updating your drivers would make the computer run quicker/more efficiently. Exactly how do you check and do that?.

It may only improve things if the drivers are outdated. Go to Device manager and if there's any yellows it shows the driver's gone awol.

Device Manager click on 1 + at a time and Right click on the item shown drop down to click Properties Check driver update be online when you do that Mostly Microsoft have drivers but you could also use the alternative route and go to the web site of the manufacturer of whatever device you wish to check eg graphics card Support on their web site will guide you to the update driver/software you need to update your PC
