How do you do this?

I know someone will have the answer to this! I did some while ago and jotted it down and put it somewhere safe. Yes you've guessed it!!

When you are posting a link on a site or more to the point in an email,
there is a way of hiding the url and having some other text or, the more often used 'click here'.
Please, how do you do it?

On this site the "click here", is done automatically when you post the URL.

In e-mails you need to highlight the text in the e-mail and go insert>hyperlink and then a box will pop up for you either to type in the URL or paste it from a previously copied address.

Highlight your text (eg 'you must click here') then go to Insert and then Hyperlink and paste or type the address.
