How do I use CPU Quiet Fan option

My motherboard is a ASRock 4CoreDual SATA2 Motherboard with a Intel Socket 775 E4500 Duo Core 2.2GHz CPU currently running at 29 (just powered on)

In the BIOS there is a option for the "CPU Quiet Fan" the range is from Min=45 - Max=65

What temp should I set for this or explain how I work the temp for the "Target CPU Temperature"

Thanks

If it's quiet already then don't bother changes the settings.

If it's noisy change the settings and monitor the temperatures.

Technotiger - 3000rpm and 49º seems loud and hot to me?

Hi, well it is quiet enough for me, just a very slight quiet swoosh, and temp is well within the 45 - 65 as per the mobo instructions. Nothing feels hot, just slightly warm. Everything is running great.

Fair enough. 800rpm and 28ºC to 58ºC idle to full load at 4.2GHz is getting slightly annoying to me as I was trying to build silent rther than quiet PC (and failed).
