how do i remove newdotnet?

  agent 47 13:04 20 Aug 2006

my dads pc has had an annoying startup message that says - error loading newdotnet.
i have been on newdotnets website and that gives you 4 procedures to try to remove it but none of them work? if i go through the registry and delete all the keys found for newdotnet,
then reboot, it doesnt come back on bootup, but on next reboot and thereafter it still comes back?
how can i get rid of this annoying thing?
he has xp home!
thanks, agenthank!

Try Start>search>all files & folders. Type in newdotnet and click search now (or whatever the button says). Delete all it finds.

i have done a search, but nothing showed up,
in msconfig there is a newdotnet with a tick in it,but every time i untick it then click apply then reboot it always comes back?
there must be something reinstalling it somewhere?
i have run spybot and went on startup items and newdotnet is there too,and i have tried deleting it from startup but it always comes back on reboot?
where the hell is this thing?
thanks, agenthank!
