Grandchildren used my PC yesterday. Now when I try to enter e-mail all I get is an MSN Explorer screen. There is an icon on the desktop but it's not listed e when I use Control Panel to access the add/delete programmes.

Using XP.

When in Add/Remove Programs click on Add/Remove Windows Components (to the left) and in the box that opens you should find MSN Explorer. Uncheck the tickbox beside it and then click Next and follow the prompts to Remove the Component.

Many thanks Sea Urchin. Worked perfectly.
