I use microsoft office as my address book which has about fifty names and addreses of friends and business colleagues.Now I want to save these names on floppy disc.How do I achieve this purpose?
in word click on file - save as and specify the floppy drive. or am I missing something?
Open your Address Book and go to, File; Export; Address Book; and select your floppy drive as the destination. Click Save.
Which component of office are you using to store the address book?
Just noticed you were talking about Office!
But if we are talking Outlook, as I think Gongoozler suspects, Then File\Export is the correct method. After having selected all the names.
