Better still install Mailwasher. You can view your e-mails while they are still on the server. Blacklist any people that you don't want to receive e-mails from. Delete all rubbish while it is still on the server and then download only the mail that you want. In future all blacklisted e-mails will already be ticked for deletion when you look at the servers site. You can also select to bounce offending mail back to the sender, but I would NOT recommend this as it shows them that they have made a hit on a genuine address. As a last resort, consider that your e-mail address is probably easy for an auto dialler to hit upon. Mine used to [email protected]****. I changed it to something which appears to be garbage, and it is unlikely that an auto dialler will hit upon my current address. Your ISP should be able to arrange this within seconds.
