how do i partition to install another os

hi there id like some software thats easy to use so i can partition my drive ( 80 to 70gb and 10gb ) so i can give fedora linux a go, had lots of software and i cant work them , please help

Acronis disk director is the best. A couple of clicks and it does it for you. there was a free download on a computer disk, a couple of months ago. Otherwise you may be able to get a full version for around a tenner.


I may have the disk somewhere, usually chuck them in the bin;-)

You need the partition first before you can load the linux boot loader, don't you.

Or have I got it wrong~~((
