If i got a cordless keyboard? Any ideas?
Just as the PC is booting up, you could try pressing DEL (delete).
Errr connected via USB or PS/2?
The same way as you usually do.
Shouldn´t be any different to a wired keyboard. The wireless bit is not software nor OS dependent and should work as normal during the POST
I've tried all the usual keys i.e f2, f8, f12 delete etc. but i just can't get into the bios.
Have you set the keyboard up? There is a little button on the bottom you have to keep it pressed at the same time as pressing the button on the recieve unit.
More key combinations click here .
The actual key to press should appear on the screen during the POST test. Some manufacturers have splash screens which obscure this, but they can usually be removed by pressing the escape key. What is the system and/or motherboard? F10 is another possibility. so is ctl-F12
