How do I delete .dvr-ms files?

  Phrixos 11:56 08 Nov 2008

Using a neat little free utility called "WinDirStat," I've just discovered that I have (amongst so much other clutter) over 150 MB of "movie samples"--or .dvr-ms files--on my C drive that, evidently, came installed with Vista.

I've also discovered that, even when I am running as an Administrator, these are seemingly impossible to remove.

Surely there must be a way.
