How do I check FSB speed?

Hi I have built a pc with the following.PC Chips 841mobo,DDR2100x512,40gig7200hd,Athlon 2000xp.Me o/s. Set in bios to use optimum setup. What should I set the bios for reliable working and what should be my FSB?What manual setting should I set on the BIOS? I'm a bit confused because I thought it should run at 266?

Your motherboard dhud have some jumper switches on them and the mobo manual shud tell you how to configure them for the fsb you want. Your processor will need a 133Mhz FSB. This is still the 266 they just work things in halves.

i.e 100=200, 133=266, and so on. Check your mobo manual for all relevent info. Then you need to make sure the multiplier is correct. Again you manual shud tell you how to configure everthing correctly
