Hi

Looking at buying a new PC, but the system does not have any parallel ports (LPT, COM1 etc), just lots of USB ports. Are there any USB to LPT adapter cables????

By the way, if you have a free PCI slot, you can add in a parallel port.

Should have mentioned, my current printer is connected via parellel port not USB, so I would like to continue to use this printer if i can.

Quick reply!! My printer is an HP Deskjet (870 I think) which is pretty old but works just fine for now. The PCI option may be best for me....thanks.
