Hi,
Please can anyone help me? I have just bought a new pc and need to connect it to my bt broadband (like my old pc is) but i do not have the original disk software, any ideas (without contacting bt and waiting for the disk)?

If you have a BTHome Hub you do not need the disc, it connects without a disc.

I have the 220v BT Voyager I haven't progressed to the hub yet. When I changed to a new Vista computer like you I asked BT for the software disk. They weren't doing one. The girl told me providing I was connected using an Ethernet cable all I had to do was click on Internet Explorer + I've had no connection problems from Day 1
