how can I take clients signatures on a tablet?

I want to go paperless in my mobile business which will require being able to have clients sign consent forms and fill out questionnaires (tick the box style) digitally - is this possible and what would be the best tablet for this?

The Samsung Galaxy Note (I think) is a good tablet and has a stylus and drawing capture software that would probably do what you need.

You will need a stylus.

How are you going to give them a copy of the consent form?

Hi - Thanks! I don't give them copies I keep it in their file but now want to store that electronically. So with the galaxy note will I be able to transfer my current forms (made in word)and then get them to sign that - I was thinking of a windows tablet to make this easier but can you get this with a stylus? Also I'm not sure if the signature obtained with drawing software would count legally??
