Can no longer use download from Live Update in NAV as host files preventing it. (They will not delete with the NAV deleter) All have IP address of 127.0.0.1. Please help!

Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and rename it to hosts.txt. Restart your PC.

You might have a virus that is constantly changing the hosts file.

Download the latest update from Symantec from click here (you want the first file) on another PC and burn to CD or USB Pen Drive.

Copy to your PC and then run the program. It'll update NAV and hopefully allow you to remove any nasties before resetting your hosts file.
