how to back up system with xp

Ok lets call this forgetfull day, but l just can't find how to back up my system..........help

what about clicking on start, all programs, accessories,system tools, backup?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Backup

Then select the options you want.

Also for future expediency.... Right-click Backup and then click Pin to Start Menu.

go to control panel,add remove software then click on add remove windows components on the left. I'm assuming that you should have to have accessories and utilities installed to have backup available? Someone who knows more than I will say if this is right!
