Does anyone know if there is a setting in hotmail to forward the email received to another account? I can't seem to find it.

The other thing I wondered was whether in Outlook 2003 if I send an email to someone is there a way to send a copy of my sent email to my web email address (i.e. yahoo etc?).

when you open the mail click on forward at the top of the message.

add in a cc to your yahoo address.

or if you dont want the recipient of original mail to know you have done this you bcc yourself.

Thanks. Is there any way I can set it up so a bcc is setup as standard for every email sent?

go into your mail options under tools and configure it to show all three boxes in the mail setting.

Sorry, I don't think I explained myself. Is there any way that when I start a new email that my email address comes up in bcc automatically without me having to do anything?

what e mail prog are you using?

sorry i have just re read your mail and i am not too familiar with outlook but i believe you will have to manually enter the bcc address each time (unless anyone knows different)
