Host Toggle ?

I have just downloaded hosts .exe and unzipped it. What now. How do I implement it please ?

This is the one I use but it does give you some Cannot display this web page messages but they are only adverts,

I all so use Hostman {it is on the site}

Thank you much mfletch. That is the host file I am trying to run but very confused...very old age I'm afraid..Could you,if you have the time ,please lay it out for me in in idiot mode.
I have tried several times but cannot get to grips on how to install and run.

This is HostsToggle click here and it is perfectly safe.

Once installed there will be an icon in the Notification Area. Right click that icon to enable/disable your HOSTS file.

Thanks VoG. I saved it to my desktop then unzipped it and have put it in system32/drivers/etc but where/how do I get a Hosts file and use/run it please
