Hi there, wonder if anyone can help please,i was chatting on msn last night, when i was sent a link to a file,i scanned it 1st with avg, which showed nothing.I opened it and thats where the problems started, laptop crashed.
Ive got it up and running again and run avg which deleted 8 trojans, but im left with 1 threat which avg finds straight away labled, virus finds hosts.Any ideas how to delete this please. Its location is system32/drivers\etc/hosts.

Many thanks.

if xp which you do not say, try a scan with system restore disabled and then re set.
