I am trying to follow the 'wireless network wizard instructions' from 'Wireless network connection' for 'setup a wireless network for home or office' to connect my works xp pro laptop and my own xp home desktop. I am stuck.
I have connected my USB to my laptop (start point), but when I take the USB and put it in to my desktop I am not sure what to do?, any ideas?...
Don't worry about transferring the settings via a USB stick , just run the network wizard on the other PC and make sure that they are both in the same " network " , it defaults to MSHOME , turn on file and print sharing on both machines and have a look in Windows Explorer to see if they appear in Networks .
