Hitman Pro came up with a suspicious file GURCE7b.tmp in C:\Windows\Temp. I can find nothing about this file on the web, nor can I find it in the location Hitman gives so I can upload it to Virustotal. Can anyone help, please, as to what it is?

Anything in Windows Temp should be safe to delete.

Any file that won't delete will be in use by the system. If this is one of them then boot into DOS mode to delete it.

Then check it's gone when you boot into Windows.

If it's back then give it a scan with MalwareBytes.

Many thanks. I'll remember that.
