I delete everything from history about once a month via ccleaner, but recently I found web pages in my history that I thought had been deleted. I wish to save these files to a floppy/cd but don't know how to do that. Does someone out there know? Thank you in advance.

Not clear on what your needs are.

Is it just a list of web page addresses you wish to retain, or the actual web page(s) contents?

If it's just the addresses, can you cut and paste them as a text file (in, say, Notepad) and then save that onto floppy disc?

Of if it's the pages, can you save each as a single file - <Save as> a web page - and then burn them all onto a data CD.

Does that do it, or is it something else you wish to do? HTH.
