It all began long ago... well a week back. i had to reistall my video drivers and then all hell broke loose, got it all going again but (1) my screen display seems to "scroll" or "fade-in" onto the screen, "lagging" as it were, i tried all sorts, found some info on an alleged "mshtml.dll" error. tried all manner of display tweaks and changes. No luck.
(2) System Restore has a blank window. (3) Ashampoo Winoptimiser (working fine for ages) now, when i try to open it i get a download (save or open) screen appearing , the file in question is "context.htm" or "dummy.htm". I will go and lost my hijack log on the page given though, thank you for taking the time!.
