My daughter's friend's pc has been hijacked by a website which keeps on coming up everytime the pc is connected to the internet. click here I am trying to help her with this problem but I have tried everything to get rid of it but nothing works. I have run adaware , spybot, tried spysweeper, tried the removal tool for Smitfraud as this was one of the things as well, but no go. Each time I run avast and I get the following. C documents /La/Local-Temp/Installer.exe Win 32 Adware-gen. C Documents.Settings/La/Local settings/Tempoary Internet file Win32Lookme-gen. I have checked delete files then I get an Avast message:Cannot process C documents & settings La/Local/ Settings Tempory Internet files/Content IE5/ 6RCRMNYD/Installer(1)exe file.
I have sent off a log to their forum but because they are so unindated with requests for help I am still waiting for a reply .
Does anyone have advice for getting rid of this?

If you can, download Ewido click here

Try running your AV in safe mode as well as Ewido.

Tapping F8 on startup will get you into safemode.
