Hidden graphics in Word 2007 Print Layout view

I use Word 2007. In Print Layout view I cannot see some of the graphics in the text. To see them I need to switch to Full Screen Reading View or Print Preview. This is a nuisance. How can I see the graphics in Print Layout view?

I have Word 2003 but I would think that 2007 is very similar:

open your document and Click on View > Print Layout

* Click on Tools > Options > View tab.

* In 'Print and Web Layout options' tick the Drawings box and in 'Show' untick Picture placeholders.

* Click the Print tab.

* In 'Include with document' tick Drawing objects.

* Click OK.

Thanks for trying, but the interface in 2007 is quite different. I still can't see how to fix it.

Found this in microsoft communities newsgroup:

"Office button - Word Options - Advanced - Show drawings and text boxes on screen should be checked--this is the usual culprit (Show picture placeholders should not be checked, as you clearly know)

Office button - Word Options - Advanced - Show background colors and images should be checked

Office button - Word Options - Display - Print drawings created in Word should be checked

Office button - Word Options - Display - Print background colors and images should be checked

(The latter two affect the display of drawings only in Print Preview)"

Thanks. That seems to have done it!
