Hidden Folders really hidden?

Its certainly no problem to make a folder "hidden" in the folder options, and then in the view menu to "not display hidden folders" so that folders and files i want to keep secret are perfectly hidden from view of unwanted eyes. However, when i go save anything in the Save As menu the folder tree can be expanded to still show the folder which is supposed to be hidden. in addition if you click on the folder in the expanded tree you can open it. Therefore the folder is not truly hidden at all. Is there any way that a hidden folder can be made to NOT show up in the Save As menu?

thanks jojo but i am using XP home.

Hide Folders mentioned by jojo_1 works fine with XP Home.

I have been using it for a few months and haven't had a single problem.
