Hi5 Website does not load

  Chirag 20:06 12 Nov 2006

Hello, I have a very strange problem with my internet explorer on my laptop. Whenever I go to click here the page comes up with a error, and I have two choices, either send error report or don't send, both of which lead up to the browser closing. Any suggestions? Thanks

Re-install Javascript (click here), run an IE fix click here, and/or go to start menu/run, type

sfc /scannow

(note space between sfc and /)
and have your XP CD handy.

Does the page work if you use Firefox?; click here (ok not a `cure` but a work-around)

Try a cleanout of temp files and cookies with ccleaner click here

If this still does help access to the webpage, try disabling your Firewall briefly and try again, this will determine if you are being blocked by your firewall.
