HELP, Vista but no Wireless Connection

  supernovae 21:22 19 Feb 2007

Hi all - hope you can help with this one !

I've just bought a new PC with Vista Home Premium. I have a Linksys wireless Broadband connection which worked fine on my old XP system, but I can't get any connection with the new system.

I've tried using the Linksys installer disk but I just keep getting the message from the PC that no connection can be found - any ideas for what I should try next.

Thanks, but I have the WRT54G model, which the Linksys site says does not need the new driver.

Ok, run the new connection wizard from control panel and see if this will do the trick...

Nope - no joy there I'm afriad. I've got the USB adapter installed but it just won't find the router.

Put back in my old machine and everything is fine and dandy.

No idea where to turn next !!
