help VIRUS, system security 2009

my father inlaws computer xp has got a virus
it says "system security 2009 protect your pc"

i assume its from the 2009 anti virus mb
the thing is i cant get his computer to launch anything, no internet email or msconfig syatem relaunch etc

whats the best way to remove this bearing in mind i cant access his internet from his machine

i can download stuff from this one im on now

See if you can download this onto a CD and then put it on your father in laws computer

MBAM/ Malwarebytes/ Antimalware click here

Before you try and put it on the other computer rename the download rabbits foot.exe

Download and run this pay for program.It will remove anything it finds not like some that want paid.It should then allow you to update and run your own security programs plus download others.

You have a 30 day trial period and what you do after that is up to you.But well worth a try.

Waste of your time.Maybe a waste of ours trying to help.30 day trial is what it says and you ignore payment request and just run the scan.Works for everyone else.
