I have a large spreadsheet with various numbers and info. What I need to do is add a row with another number and info whenever that number shows up.i.e if it says abc123 and I need abc456 to go in a row beneath is it possible, using vlookup, hlookup whatever?

You cannot add a row using a formula.Can you explain a bit better what you are trying to do?
If I can't add a row with a formula and I have to add them manually then we need not go any further!!!
