need help badly , my son let his sansa e250 mp3 player run out of batteries for several weeks, i have re charged it but each time i switch it back on I get the message ( not enough space for music DB. free up 6mb space.) I have deleted all videos ect but still get the same message, all the songs on the player don't seem to be there, tried to download some new songs , all seems to sync ok .but no songs. same message keeps comming up, have dne a reset, but this did nothing. help needed as going away soon and he is sad(8 yearsold) thanks
It might be full! Try deleting something out of the 'music' folder (on mine I have three folders, just explore it with Windows Explorer and see what is there), I don't have that model but a similar one but I presume they are similar in structure.
soooo happy, thanks to all for your advice, tried Marg7's link as this seemed the easiest. Mp3 player sorted in 5 mins, thanks so much, i had spent so much time trying to sort this out. my son is very happy again
