Help resetting account passwords

Packard Bell EasyNote Laptop: Vista Home.
A friend has given me her laptop. It has two user accounts, and she says a young relation has spitefully changed the passwords on both accounts. Is there a way to get into the accounts, and change the passwords, so she can use the laptop?

I thought the forum rules prohibited getting around password requests/assistance?

Apologies if I have breached forum rules.
Knowing the lady in question quite well, it was not long before I guessed one of the passwords, so the problem is now solved. I suspect she will be a bit embarrassed when she find out I guessed the password.
Cheers all

I don't think ophcrack will reveal the Administartor's password, at least on Vista, it might do on XP but I haven't tried it on XP yet.

It doesn't have to if she can get into an account then she should be able to change the password on that account.

Yeah, didn't think that one through, did I, Fruit Bat /\0/\? ;-)
