Good morning Meshuga Have a look at Winpatrol click here not only will it tell you what each item is but you can disable rather than delete to find the culprit. I believe there are many on this forum who use it and it has certainly never caused me any headaches.

SNDmon - that appears to be a live update tool from Symantec but i've never seen that particular exe. Looks more like a sound card volume tool. Better keep it.
