I hope someone can help?

I need to extract the account data from the hard drive of my wife's old computer... I can't boot the machine up as the motherboard has failed - I have managed to rescue the Address Book & her old e-mails from the machine, but can I rescue her account data?

Hope so... Please advise :o)

Many thanks in advance...

new motherboard?
or put the hard drive in another computer and get the details that way

Simplest method is to remove the harddrive and place in a caddy or use a usb adaptor cable if using another pc is out of the question.

Yes, but where do I need to look to retrieve the 'account' data?

What do you mean by account data?

you have the emails and address book what else do you want?

The account data...

'Tools' -> 'Accounts' -> 'Mail' in Internet Accounts ;o)
