Hi. I have a Samsung 1610 laser printer. I sued to have the earlier model. My laptop is a Sony Vaio. I use a USB cable. I have company faxes sent through to me on an 0870 number - they come through as e-mails. The printer will not print them in full size - they come out TINY! My other IBM laptop did not do this - not the other samsung printer. I have tried all possible printer settings and cannot figure it out! It also sometimes prints pages from the internet tiny also. HELP! Fiona

Have you tried increasing the font size in Internet Explorer? View > Text size.

Please respond using the Add a new response box at the bottom of this page. The yellow envelope is for private messages.

If you use Outlook Express for e-mails, the IE setting controls the print size.
