Having used the transfer wizard to transfer files etc from old computer to new one, both XP, every thing seems to have went well except my e-mails have not been transferred. Old computer has office 2000 new computer has office 2003 if this has any thing to do with it.

I have tried exporting the PST file from old computer, put it onto a disc but when I try to import it I get a message “File access is denied. You do not have permission to access the file I:/OUTLOOK.pst” I am the only administrator on both computers.

How can I get old e-mails onto new computer? so I have copy, as I want to format old computer It is all set up to receive e-mails and send which it has done

Thanks again

Merc
